Ed Green's Obituary
Funeral services for Ed Green, 67, of Longview, will be 2 PM Monday in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Reverends Wayne Spanhanks and Bobby Blaylock officiating. Interment will follow in Rosewood Park Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 2 to 4 PM on Sunday at Rader Funeral Home.
Mr. Green passed away on October 25 in a Longview hospital.
Ed was born August 10, 1935 in Atoy, Texas to Luther and Jewell Green. He was a real estate broker and owner of First Reality. He was a member of the Spring Hill First Baptist Church, East Texas Quail Hunters Association and the Longview Board of Realtors. Ed served his country during the Korean War in the US Marines.
Survivors include his wife: Frieda of Longview, Daughter: Teresa Moore and husband Chris of Longview; Son: Les Green and wife Misty of Longview; Sisters: Mary Sue Dempsey of Nacogdoches and Edna of Austin; Brother: Cotton Green of Whitehouse; Grandchildren: T.C. Johnson, David Johnson, Amber and Raven Moore, Logan and Landon Green.
