Earlena "Lena" Quierie Ogilvie's Obituary
LONGVIEW — Earlena “Lena” Quierie Ogilvie, 55, went to be with her Lord on June 2, 2026.
Lena was born on December 2, 1970, in Longview, Texas to Vickie Snider Ogilvie and was later lovingly adopted by Randall Dean Ogilvie.
Lena was a bright light to everyone who knew her. She had a servant’s heart and found great joy in helping others, always putting their needs before her own. For many years, she owned and operated Sterling Cleaning in Longview, where she earned the trust and affection of her clients through her hard work, kindness, and genuine care. She also worked at Hospitality ER, where she built meaningful relationships and touched the lives of those she worked with and served.
One of Lena’s greatest gifts was making people feel loved and welcome. She saw the best in others, listened without judgment, and offered encouragement when it was needed most.
Lena had a special talent for making every holiday feel magical. She delighted in decorating, bringing warmth and beauty into every gathering. She loved preparing treasured family recipes, filling her home with comforting aromas and welcoming loved ones in. Whether it was a holiday, a birthday, or a simple get-together, Lena made every occasion feel special and every person feel seen.
She believed life was beautiful and found joy in nature, the ocean, puzzles and board games, and time spent with family and friends. Above all, she treasured being a mother and poured her whole heart into raising her children.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving partner, Dominic Talerico; daughter, Isabel Breaux; son, Joseph Breaux; mother, Vickie Ogilvie; father, Dean Ogilvie; sister, Stephanie Fannin; brother, Landon Ogilvie and wife Monique; and her beloved nieces, Madeline, Nanette, and Laurel.
Lena’s family finds comfort in knowing her faith carried her home, and that the love she gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Memorials may be made to House of Hope Hospitality Rooms, 3011 W Marshall Ave #5028, Longview, TX 75604.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026, at Rader Funeral Home.
