Earle M. Belt's Obituary
Memorial services for Earle M. Belt, 86, of Longview, will be 4 PM Wednesday, September 21, 2005 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd., with Chaplain Brian Peck officiating.
Cremation arrangements are by Rader Funeral Home.
Mr. Belt was born in Marfa, TX on June 14, 1919 to Earle and Billie Belt. Earle served his country in the United States Air Force during World War II, and was a
member of the Trinity Baptist Church.
Mr. Belt was employed by Zales as a watchmaker and jeweler and for Marathon LeTourneau in securing contracts for manufacturing. He was also a lifetime member of the
Masonic Lodge for 50 plus years.
Earle was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Rose.
He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Ann Belt of
Longview; children, Richard and Linde Belt of Longview, Debbie Van Sickle of Austin, TX, Matt and wife, Toni Van Sickle of Longview, Beth Ingram of Longview, Doug and wife Paula Van Sickle of Lake Cherokee, Amy
and husband, Randy Nichols of Gilmer; grandchildren, Ricky and Katrina Belt, Waylon and Katy Wilder, Aaron and Jacob Van Sickle, Adam Ingram, Heather, Ingram, Haley, Leslye and Dani Van Sickle, Andrew Van Sickle and Leslie Nichols and five great grandchildren.
The family asks that memorial donations be made to the Greater
Hospice of Texas or the American Cancer Society.
