Funeral services for Earl Wayne ?Punkin? Blackmon, 52, of Tatum will be held at Two O?clock pm Thursday November 3, 2005 at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Thomas Ayeres and Joe McGraw officiating. Burial will follow in Tatum Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Blackmon passed away Monday October 31, 2005 in Longview.
He was born June 16, 1953 in Henderson, Texas and had lived in Tatum most of his life. He was a Welder for Trinity Industries for the past fifteen years and a Baptist.
He is survived by his son Christopher Blackmon of Kilgore, TX. daughter, Natalie Blackmon Chambliss of Plano, TX.; mother, June Blackmon of Tatum, TX.; brother, Billy Blackmon of Tatum, TX.; sister, Pat Blackmon Martin and husband Roger of Tatum, TX.; two grandchildren, Ariel and Jared Chambliss.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Blackmon.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday November 2, 2005 from 6pm until 8 pm
