I extend my deepest sympathy. I am so sorry that I was unable to come in for Mavis's services, but my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am so thankful that I was able to see her in March. I have a so many wonderful memories of our years in Longview Heights. Take care.

VG, Mavis was an OWL and a good old OWL too; But now she's finished OWLING so I guess she's gonna get her ticket. I know that sounded corny but only a true Woodbadger would understand. Mavis was a good friend and fellow OWL who I enjoyed sharing scouting experiences with all around East Texas. She's gone back to Gillwell, worked her Ticket and received her Beads of an eternal life. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Your Mother was a great role model for many young scientist especially girls.
