Dovie Lee Pool's Obituary
Funeral services for Dovie Lee Pool, age 84 of Henderson, will be held Monday January 11, 2016 at 2:00pm in the Chapel Rader Funeral Home with Randy Chandler officiating. Burial will be at Rusk County Memorial Gardens.
Dovie Lee was born November 5, 1931 in Center and died Wednesday January 6, 2016 at her residence. She was a retired bookkeeper and a homemaker, she was also a member the Assembly of God Church. Dovie Lee was devoted mother and wife, She loved to read especially Christian books and loved to feed stray animals and wildlife.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jim Duke and Myrtis Crocker, and daughter Sharon Pool Davis.
She is survived by her husband Reuben Pool of Henderson, Sons Bobby Pool, and Ronnie Pool both of Henderson, daughter Jeanne Wood of Kilgore, brother Bobby Joe Crocker of Galveston, grandchildren Shane West of Overton, Bryan Pool, John Pool, Duke Pool, Cody Pool all of Henderson, granddaughter Charlotte Pool of Henderson.
Pallbearers will be Cody Pool, Duke Pool, Shane West, Levi West, John Wesley Pool, and Bryan Pool.
Visitation will be from 2pm until 4pm Sunday at the Funeral Home.
