As his oldest grandson said, “Today, marks a big day. In my life and many others. The world has lost one of the most wonderful men I have ever heard of. A man that would not think twice about giving you the shirt off his back. Today, I lose an idol who will forever be in my heart. Someone I am lucky enough to call my Grandfather. Arthur Douglas Vick, you no longer will suffer from pain, but will be forever healthy. I love you Da! R.I.P.” – Cory Phillips
