Dear, Jeanene, we pray that you will feel the comforting arms of our Lord surrounding you and know the peace that He gives you. We have fond memories of our time as neighbors in New Orleans and knowing you,Julie and Doug. Such a gentle and kind man Doug was. I remember when he and Julie were planning a surprise birthday party for you and we were supposed to keep you at our house until it was time. What a horrible job we did at finding excuses to keep you. But I do remember what a nice party it was and how you graciously you acted surprised and hopefully you were. We have known each other for 35 years and stayed in touch even though miles away. Doug and you included us in so many things that are pure New Orleans -- crawfish boils, Mardi Gras on St. Charles Street, Oyster Pies at Viskos on New Year's Eve. What blessings you bestowed on us. We love you and will be thinking of you as you remember Doug today and rejoice that he is at peace with our Lord Jesus. There is no better place to be. Love, John and Kandi
Jeanene , I pray that you are comforted in this time of loss. You have been an amazing caregiver for your dear husband and I pray that God will give you peace in knowing you have gone the extra mile for him. Rest gently my dear friend.
