Dorothy Keck's Obituary
Dorothy Faye Keck of Longview, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 4, at the age
of 87.
Dorothy Faye Keck was born in El Dorado, Arkansas to Jack and Columbia Woodlief.
She married Alfred Ray Keck on Jun 29, 1956 in Greggton, Texas. Mrs. Keck is loving
mother of three (3) boys: Jimmy, Robert, and John. And Dorothy helped run the family
business with Alfred, as Vice President/Secretary-Treasurer of Foam Products of San
Antonio, Inc.
Dorothy is survived by sons and daughters in law, Jimmy Ray Keck and Liliana, Robert
Allen Keck and Mitzie, John Charles Keck and Debbie. Siblings and spouses are Betty
Perdue (sister), Doyle Woodlief (brother) and Earline, and Jackie Gladden (sister) and
Charles. Grandchildren include Tiffany Ann Thompson, Christopher Ray Keck, Hannah
Rachel Keck, and Matthew Elway Keck. Great-grandchildren include John Mark,
Chrissy, and twins Kendall Marie and Mackenzie Lynn.
Dorothy and Alfred attended Rosewood Baptist Church in Gilmer, Texas until Alfred
passing in 2011. Dorothy has since been an active member of Valley View Baptist Church in Longview, Texas.
Funeral services for Dorothy will be held at Valley View Baptist Church on Thursday, January 8 at 10am with a visitation to start one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Rosewood Cemetery 8261 Arrowwood Rd. Gilmer, TX 75755
