Dear Duszik Family, It was my privilege and joy to serve along side of Dorothy in fourth grade Sunday School for many years. That sweet, sincere smile was always on her face. She was a willing worker for the Lord and liked to be unnoticed for it. She went about the Lord's work in her quiet, unassuming way. I am thankful to God for having her in my life. Dear Bala, Steve, Joe and all of your families:
I dearly loved Dorothy and Bala (as I do all of you). Dorothy (as well as Bala) exemplified Christ in their every day life. She was one of the most loving, caring person I have ever known. One of my favorite memories was when she and Janet took me to Martin's Dress Store in downtown Longview to buy me some dresses when I was in high school. Always giving, always sharing.
I send my deepest sympathies to all of you but also celebrate a life well lived.
I am sorry I will not be able to be at the visitation or funeral. I hope to see you around when I next come to Longview.
