Doris Opal Shaw's Obituary
Funeral services for Doris Opal Shaw, 66, of Longview will be held at 2 PM Saturday, May 4, 2002 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with Pastor Steve Coles officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Shaw was born November 24, 1935 in Saltillo, Texas, and had been a resident of Longview since 1964. She was a homemaker and a member of the Good News Revival Center in Longview.
Mrs. Shaw was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Shaw; sis-ters, Margaret Pewitt , and Willa Dee Lee.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, James and Susan Shaw of Longview; granddaughter, Barbara Shaw of San Marcos, Texas; grandsons, William Bazar, Justin and Michael Shaw all of Longview; sisters and brothers-in-law, Burnice Swinford of Longview, Edna Waren of Gladewater, and Doris and Lynn Gunn of Mission, Texas; brothers and sisters-in-law, J. B. and Elaine Oney of Longview and Ernest Ray Oney all of Longview and C. L. and Brenda Oney of Gilmer.
