Doris Heaton's Obituary
Funeral services for Doris Heaton, 89, of Longview, will be 10 AM Thursday at Winterfield United Methodist Church with Reverend Mike Lindstrom officiating.
Interment will follow in Restland Me-morial Park Cemetery, Carthage, Texas, at 12:30 PM under the direction of Rader Funeral Home, Longview.
Mrs. Heaton died Tuesday morning at her residence.
Visitation will be Wednesday at Rader
Funeral Home from 5 to 7 PM.
A native of Weston, Texas, Doris was born June 1, 1914 and had lived in Longview for the past 27 years moving from Birmingham, Alabama. She was a homemaker and a member of Winterfield United Methodist Church, Loyal Workers Sunday School Class, Monday Bible Study, Oakcrest Woman?s Club, Newcomers Club, had served on the Church Administrative board and was an honorary Lifetime member of the United Methodist Women.
Survivors include her son: Darwin Stephenson of Longview; Sister: Margaret French of Longview; Two Grandsons, Two Granddaughters, Five Great Grandchildren, Two nieces and one nephew.
Those desiring to may send memorials to the Winterfield United Methodist Church or Greater Hospice of Texas.
