Born and raised in Marion, Ohio. Graduated from Margaretta High School in Castalia, Ohio. Worked in social work for 32 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Hellen Sifritt. One sister Imogene Verity. Her husband of 43 years William B. Collins, and son William "Pat" Collins.
She leaves behind a beloved grandson, William "Zack" Collins and his mother, Sharon Collins of Tatum. One son, Roy Eugene Collins of Oklahoma. Several nieces and nephews.
