Donald Richard Holland's Obituary
Graveside services for Donald Richard Holland, 77, of Longview will be at 10 AM Monday January 9, 2006 at Rosewood Park Cemetery with Rev. Roland F. ?Pete? Putman officiating. Mr. Holland passed away Friday. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Sunday, January 8, 2006 at the funeral home.
Mr. Holland was born December 19, 1928 in Syracuse, New York to Lorenzo T. and Katherine Holland. He was retired from the United States Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant where he served as a dietician for several military hospitals. He served during WWII, the Korean War and three tours in Viet Nam. He has been a resident of Longview for the past 20 years. Mr. Holland is preceded in death by his mother and father; brother and sister-in-law William M. and Frances Holland. His surviving family members are Edward G. Steele, Jr. and wife Patricia; Melissa A. Russell and husband Bill; Kristy Davis and husband Joey; Kourtney Morris; Ethan and Ryan Russell; Trinity and Tristan Davis; June Shull and Terry Edney.
