Donald Edward Hodge's Obituary
Graveside services for Donald Edward Hodge, age 76 of Henderson, will be held Thursday March 25, 2010 at 2:00pm at the Salem Cemetery near Rusk. Burial will follow under the direction of the Rader Funeral Home in Henderson.
Mr. Hodge died Tuesday March 23, 2010 at his residence after a brief illness.
He was born April 3, 1933 in Rochester, NY to John and Susan Hodge who preceded him in death along with wife Barbara Jean Hodge, a brother Richard Hodge and a son Bernard Hodge.
Mr. Hodge had lived in the Henderson area since 2000, He was a professional motorcycle racer, and a self employed top mechanic for 40 years. He was also owner of Mr. Kool Auto Air in Marshall for several years
He is survived by four daughters Margaret Hodge, Mary Ann Hodge, Genevieve Crenshaw, Terri Marie Fyffe all of Marshall, two sons Stephen Hodge of Bossier City, LA, and William Hodge of New Jersey, several grandchildren, one niece and three nephews.
