Don Jackson's Obituary
Funeral services for Don Jackson, 64, of Longview will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, November 21, 2001 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with the Reverend Monsignor John Flynn officiating. Burial will be in Rosewood Park. He died Sunday, in a Longview hospital.
Mr. Jackson was born July 25, 1937 in Car City, Oklahoma and had been a resident of the White Oak and Longview area since 1945. He was a welder, and a retired machine operator from American National Can. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Raymond Rowe of Longview; son, Sterling Ross Jackson of Florida; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim and Mary Jackson of Tatum, Johnny A. and Jeanette Jackson of Valliant, OK., and Ronald C. Jackson of Tyler; grandchildren, Heather Rowe, Joseph Rowe, Elaine Rowe and Anthony Rowe, all of Longview; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
