Don C. Crump's Obituary
Don C. Crump of White Oak, TX passed away August 3, 2014 at Good Shepherd Medical Center, Longview. He was born January 3, 1936 in Copper City, TX to Clifford and Annie Crump. As a child the family moved to White Oak, TX where he has lived ever since. Don learned the welding trade at a young age and that trade has sent him working all over the world, including but not limited to Belgaum, Africa and the ocean floor. In the early 1970s Don started his own business, D & L Welding which he owned and operated until he retired in 1997. Don was a member of the Shriners International and a member of good standing with the Pine Tree Masonic Lodge
1396 A.F. & A.M. since 1968. Don will be sorely missed by all.
Those left to cherish his memory are his two sons Jeffery Paul Crump and Christopher Scott Crump, numerous grand and great-grandchildren and a host of extended family. He is preceded in passing by his brother and sister.
There will be a time of visitation 6pm-8pm Friday, August 8, 2014 at Rader Funeral Home in Longview. Graveside services will be the next at, Saturday, August 9, 2014 starting at 11am at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Longview.
