Dolores Faircloth's Obituary
Services for Dolores Faircloth, 83, of Longview will be 10 AM Tuesday, October 28, 2008 in the chapel of Rader Funeral Home with burial following in Rosewood Park. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Longview. Mrs. Faircloth went home to walk with the Lord on Friday evening in Longview.
Dolores was born on October 27, 1924 in Chicago, ILL to George and Antoinette Blaha. She met her husband, Floyd in Chicago 67 years ago where he was stationed as a young Navy recruit. She was a homemaker and her special talent was cooking some of her best homemade meals. She was so devoted to her family and loved them deeply.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Floyd Faircloth; daughter, Barbara Stepp of Longview; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Pauline Faircloth of Austin, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Jim Kranz of Longview; grandchildren, Michael Proud and wife Laura of Gastonia, NC, Steven Faircloth of Austin, TX, Brooke Black and husband Daniel of Longview; great grandchildren, Ryan and Conner Proud of Gastonia, NC, and Emerson Black of Longview and many other loving family and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
