Funeral services for Dillon Louis Perry, 18, of Hallsville, will be 2 PM Friday, December 26, in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, Longview, with Reverend David Farmer officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1 to 2 PM. Following the services Dillon will be cremated at the family's request.
Dillon left this world and entered into eternal glory on December 19, 2008 at Longview, Texas.
Dillon was born May 16, 1990 in Orlando, Florida and was a student at East Texas Charter School. He was very much loved by his family and those who came to know him.
He survived by his mother and step father: Sharon and Dennis Phillips of Longview, father and step mother: Terry and Kimberly Perry of Sulphur Springs, TX, Step Sister: Amber Phillips of Longview, step brother: Joshua Phillips, half brother: Jordon Perry of Sulphur Springs, half sister: Lindsey Perry of Sulphur Springs, nephew: Cameron May of Longview, paternal grandparents: Bob and Darla Perry of White Oak, maternal grandmother: Shirley Mizell and husband Roger of Hallsville, maternal grandfather: Frank Graves and wife Bonnie of Marshall, and step paternal grandparents: Frank and Mary Phillips of Mineola.
The family request memorial donations to Dillon L. Perry at Spring Hill State Bank, P. O. Box 9580, Longview, Texas 75608. The funds will be used to create a scholarship at Crisman Preparatory School.
