Diana earned an Associate Degree in Business from San Antonio College and was a licensed insurance broker. Together, Diana and Vestle built and operated a successful business repairing CB radios and selling ham radios and electronics equipment, serving customers throughout their community. More important than her career accomplishments was Diana's unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. A faithful member of Lakeview Baptist Church for more than 40 years, Diana accepted Christ as her Savior and devoted her life to serving others. Her family finds comfort and peace knowing that she is now reunited with loved ones in Heaven and resting in the presence of her Savior.
Diana found joy in traveling, playing games, cooking, entertaining family and friends, and caring for those whom God placed in her life. She had a servant's heart and never missed an opportunity to encourage, support, or help someone in need. During the last three years of her life, Diana resided at Parkview Independent Senior Living, where she continued her passion for serving others with love and enthusiasm. She enjoyed playing games such as 42, Mexican Train, and Mahjong. Diana also served as President of the Residents’ Council and created the Parkview Pantry and the Neighbors Helping Neighbors program to ensure that residents had access to needed items and support. She also helped with the weekly Bible study, karaoke, and family movie night. She loved staying active, serving others, and making those around her feel cared for. Diana was deeply loved by her family, her church family, and her Parkview family. Her kindness, leadership, and dedication touched the lives of many.
Diana will be remembered for her strong faith, generous spirit, loving heart, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. Her legacy of service, compassion, and Christian faith will continue to live on in all who knew and loved her.
