Deborah Elaine Matthews' Obituary
Deborah Elaine Matthews passed away on September 11th, 2022 at the age of 67. Deborah was born in Centralia, Illinois on November 03, 1954 and moved to Texas in 1967 where she married the love of her life Stephen Matthews who proceeded her in death in 2020, and they resided Hallsville Texas. Nanas greatest pleasures in life was spending time with the people she loved most her children, grandchildren and her closest friends Nancy, Jill and Kaylee and her dog Devil. Nana was the most caring, free spirited, selfless soul. She put everyone before herself. Nana was very loved and will be dearly missed. Nana survived by her children Theresa, Melissa, Amanda (Gregg), Brandon, Lori (Kody), Jeremy, David (Ra'chel) Lisa. Siblings, Stanley, Mary and Donna; grandchildren, Jace (Codie) Jacob, Chloe, Caleb (Kirstin) Jeremy, Savannah, Dylan, Bridgett (David) Britney (Britain) Baylee (Carlos) McKenzie, Ethan, Caden, Konner, Amber, Sadie, Liam, Victoria, Decker, Kynli and 16 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by, sons Jimmy and Stephen Jr., siblings Mark, Terry and Sheryl. To know her was to love her.
Funeral services for Mrs. Matthews will be held in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM with a visitation beginning at 9:00 AM.
