Sara,
Thank you for letting me know about your great loss and Heaven's great gain!! I'm just amazed reading thru these tributes--at the people whose lives David touched. Always there for people in his own quiet way. Treasure your sweet memories and never forget that this wonderful man that affected so many--chose you as his life partner. That makes you very special so choose to remember the love, the joy, and the good times for David's honor.
We'll be in touch. Many prayers for you.##imported-begin##Brenda Cronin##imported-end##
I was so sorry to learn of David's death. What a nice guy he was! David and I were classmates and neighbors. In fact, David gave me rides to school many times, which was very exciting because he always had a hot car! He will be missed by so many. God bless you.##imported-begin##Judy Huffaker McPhail##imported-end##

Sara,
Bobby and I were so sorry to hear of David's death. We seem to lose touch as we get older and it takes something like this to reach out to our friends. Our thoughts are with you. We would love to see you. The loss of a loved one takes time and you just have to take it day by day. I don't know if you heard, but my brother, Cactus, passed away in January.##imported-begin##Charlene Fults##imported-end##
I grew up in Greenville with David and his wonderful family. We were across the street neighbors and loved to visit with each other as much as we could. David was a little older than me and in my eyes, he was that cool and handsome older guy. It makes me sad to have lost touch with him over the years. Laudis and David Sr. loved him very much as he was their only son.
Our prayers are with your family as you adjust to life missing your special man.
David is now reconnecting with his loving Mom and Dad.##imported-begin##Helen and Tana Stephens##imported-end##
David was such a fun person as a friend in high school. He always made me laugh and loved to joke. Our class has lost a good friend. I only have good memories of David. Sara, we are thinking about you in this really difficult time.##imported-begin##Marleta Crim##imported-end##
Gosh it's hard to belive that David is gone. He was a very nice boy/man. He was a good athlete in high school. I recall that Coach Gibson one of our football coaches used to call David "Twinkle Toes." David's best sport was baseball.
I can clearly remember a groups of guys going to Tyler State Park for our Senior trip in David's black 1958 ford very cool car. We listened on the radio as one of our astronauts
Shepard/Glenn was launched into space. We had a great time.
My prayers go out to David's family. He will really be missed.##imported-begin##David Turbeville##imported-end##
Bobby and I have so many happy memories of David. Bobby said so many times that David was the best friend he had in the whole world. He will be missed beyond belief. He is in a better place now with no more pain or worries. We thank God for the time he allowed us to share our lives with him.##imported-begin##Bobby and Nancy Coston##imported-end##
I remember David so well from high school. What an outstanding young man he was! When we had our 45th reunion, David had other obligations and coundn't attend but he sent his email address and asked to be placed on our list. It's comforting to know he's been connected with the class via our class emails. David will be missed by all of us who had the privilege of being a part of his youth. Sara, I'm so sorry for the loss of your husband and my long time friend.##imported-begin##Anita Hoover Pugh##imported-end##
