David Thorolf Thompson's Obituary
Funeral services for David Thompson, 57, of Longview will be held 4 PM Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel in Longview with the Rev. Emmitt Barrow officiating. Interment will follow in Rosewood Park.
Mr. Thompson died Friday, September 5, 2003 at his home.
A native of Austin, MN, he was born August 1, 1946, and had lived in Longview for the past 21 years. He was a graduate of Northpark College in Chicago and received an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He was a member of the Greggton United Methodist Church.
Mr. Thompson loved his family and spent all of his time with them throughout his life, including many family vacations over the years. His family includes his wife, Jane Thompson of Longview; his daughter, Sarah Thompson of Gloucester, MA; his late son, Scott Thompson; his parents, Hugh and Della Thompson of Carrollton; his sister, Susan Moeder of Walton, KS; his brother, Hugh Thompson, Jr. of Arlington Heights, IL; his sister, Cindy Johnson of Elkhart, IN; his brother, Philip Thompson of Parker, CO and their spouses.
The family will receive friends 5 ? 7 PM today, Monday, September 8, 2003 at the funeral home.
