David Schwettmann
Memorial services for David Schwettmann, 55, of Tatum will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 21, 2011 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the funeral home. He passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2011 in a local hospital.
The family will receive friends prior to the service.
Mr. Schwettmann was born October 29, 1956 in Las Cruces, NM to William and Katharine Schwettmann and had been a resident of Tatum for the past 16 years. He was a surveyor and an active member of AA. He was an alumni of the New Mexico Military Institute.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Debbie Schwettmann of Tatum; son Jesse Schwettmann and wife Krissy of Henderson; daughter, Stephanie Schwettmann of Kilgore; grandsons, Hunter and Payton Schwettmann; step-sons, Jason Geisler and wife Kristie, and their children, Colson and Conner of Columbus, TX and J. R. Geisler and wife Brandy and their children, Brittany and Bridget of Rock Island, TX; brothers, Bill Schwettmann and wife Eileen of Las Alamos, NM and John Schwettmann of Albuquerque, NM; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Oak Haven Recovery Center, Sabine Valley Center, 7470 State Hwy. 154, Marshall, TX 75670.
