David Charles Wright, Sr.'s Obituary
David Charles Wright, Sr. was born June 13, 1941 in Stockton, California to Walter and Luella Wright. Our Lord took him from this earthly home on December 16, 2011 to live in his eternal home.

David was a father to many children who do not bare his name. His love for underprivileged children of Honduras was great and with the help of his Lord he was able to feed and cloth many of them until they were placed in good homes. He called Longview his home, where his mother and sister live.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter H. Wright, Sr., brothers, Walter H. Wright, Jr. and Gayland D. Wright, Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Luella Wright, born March 1, 1911, living in Longview, Texas. His sister, Darlene Burch, of Longview, Texas and Nellie Dennis, of Longview, Texas. His 2 children, Kimberly Elaine Soraino, of Anchorage, Alaska and David C. Wright, Jr. of Sandy Shores, Texas. His 3 grandchildren, Sean David Patrick Oclair, of Anchorage, Alaska, Case Devin Wright and Hunter Logan Wright, of Sandy Shores, Texas.
For his celebration service the family will receive friends and family at the pavilion of Rosewood Park Cemetery on Hwy 1844 between Judson and Hwy 300 on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 2:00 PM, under the direction of Rader Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Rusty Brady of Cross Family Church of Longview, Texas.
The family would like to thank Beacon Hospice, Dr. Schottstaedt and Dr. Holder, nurses and staff for their excellent care and who were so kind to our family.
