Danny and I were best friends for most of our adult lives. We had endless times together going to garage sales and smoking meat on my smoker. He would come and get me for that highway 80 garage sale going from one end to the other looking for treasures, what a day! Danny would come by with some ribs for the smoker and I would make us a pot of beans while we drank a couple cold one’s, I can’t count the times but I will never forget! Danny was like a brother to me. I will miss him every day, God speed until we meet again someday!!
Had a lot of fun doing our work. We made wonderful memories and I will always remember him. He will be missed.

Uncle Danny was one of the kindest-hearted people I’ve ever known. Throughout my life, he was always someone you could count on, he was dependable, generous, and selfless. Whether my family was moving and needed an extra set of hands, or we needed to borrow a truck, he was always there without hesitation. He showed his love in quiet, but consistent ways like mowing Mimi’s yard and spending time with her. His acts of kindness that never went unnoticed. I will miss him deeply, but I find comfort in knowing he is now at peace, living a new life free from pain and suffering.

Brian and I made a silly music video to zztop when we were in high School. As we watched the results at Pam and Danny's, the two of them were genuinely knee slap laughing. All of us were crying laughing. I was going through the toughest time in my young life at the time and didn't know how much I needed that laughter. I was feeling pretty worthless in those days, but Danny's laugh made me feel funnier than Eddie Murphy that day. Wish I could bottle his laughter and open it when I feel low. Thank you for teaching me that life is truly about perspective.
