To the Binford Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this very difficult time. I happened to come to know Daisy through my father, Floyd Faircloth, who had spent some special times with her in the last couple of years. She seemed to light up a room with her beautiful smile. I always enjoyed hearing her talk about how she grew up and even through some of the conversations found out she happened to know some people we knew. My only regret is not being able to spend a little more time to share some more stories and get to know her even a little bit better. It's never easy losing a mother, but I know God will comfort you and give you the strength you need in the days ahead. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality shown toward my Dad when he would come to visit Daisy. I know it meant a lot to him. God Bless you.##imported-begin##Jim and Susan Faircloth Kranz##imported-end##
I am so sorry for your loss and my prayers are with you and your family. My Grandfather, Floyd Faircloth, spent many great times with Daisy in recent years. I loved visiting with her and loved that she always had the biggest and sweetest smile on her face. She loved her family very much and was always bragging on them. She was such a blessing to those that were lucky enough to know her.##imported-begin##Brooke Black##imported-end##
We are saddened for the loss of someone so dear and special. Daisy was a blessing to the little church at East Mountain and to all who knew her. Know you are in our hearts and prayers. May happy memories and the knowledge of Daisy's place in heaven be a comfort to you in the days to come.##imported-begin##Jim & Ridgey McKillop##imported-end##
Mom will always be in my heart; she lives on in me and so I shall in the lives of my children and grand children.
I find myself more at peace after her passing. My grief occurred watching her decline the past few years, especially after the passing of my brother, Phillip. I have fond memories of childhood in the home with Mom and Dad and my siblings. We were of little worldly means but bountiful in love and spirit.
As a teenager, I promoted myself as her favorite son. She would agree to it only in jest. I actually knew I was never her favorite but the humor helped me handle reality.
From Mom, as well as Dad, I learned convictions were important. For both of them marriage was for life.
Thank you, Mom, for giving me the strength and fortitude to construct a wonderful life with my wife, Donna, our children, Alison and Joel, and our grand children of whom we are so proud.
Thank you, Mom, for the memories.##imported-begin##Joel M. Binford##imported-end##

This is a difficult time for all who knew my Aunt Daisy. Words can't express the sorrow I feel for her children and grandchildren. She was such a strong, religious, funny and beautiful person. We shared a special bond and I will undoubtedly miss our talks/letters and inside story about a pair of yellow pajamas. Heaven has an amazing new Angel, one who I am sure is delighted to join those who passed before her. Watch out God, she can be a handful. Haha Love you so much. Prayers to all!##imported-begin##Karen Salter/ Moore##imported-end##
