''Dago'' Galen Wyatt Alexander's Obituary
Monday November 19, 2001 ''Dago'' Galen Wyatt Alexander went home to be with his Heavenly Father.
Dago was born to Roe and Alogene Alexander on September 1, 1931 in Marshall, Texas.
He leaves behind one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Sissy Shaw of Gilmer; two grandchildren, James Shaw of and Mandy Shaw both of Gilmer; two great grandchildren, Allen Hamm and Robert Clark, Jr. Both of Gilmer; three brothers, Billy Roe Alexander of Longview; Mauree Alexander of Marshall; Fred Alexander of Gilmer; one sister Charlotte of Longview; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son Jack Shaw in 1989.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday November 21, 2001 from 6PM until
8 PM.
Graveside services will be held at Two O?clock PM Friday at Center Cemetery in Harleton with Reverend Othell LaFerney officiating.
Mr. Alexander served in the U.S. Army during Korea as a Corporal from October 1950 until September 1953 and received an Honorable Discharge . Rest in Peace Dad, We Love you.
