Cynthia Kay Freeman Funeral services for Cynthia Kay Freeman, 50, of Longview will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2008 at Mobberly Baptist Church with Dr. Laney Johnson officiating under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Interment will follow in Rosewood Park. She passed away Thursday, March 20, in a Dallas hospital. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Cynthia was born December 31, 1957 in Little Rock, AR, and had been a resident of Longview for the past 15 years, moving from Mesquite. She was employed as a medical receptionist for Diagnostic Associates of Longview. She was an accomplished soloist and taught voice. Cynthia was a member of Mobberly Baptist Church and a very active member of the Praise Singers, Classic Praise and Proclamation. She was active in The Longview Community Theater. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Alison Freeman Bowling and husband Philip of Bryan, TX, Lydia Freeman of Nacogdoches and Sarah Freeman of Longview; parents, Lawrence and Lydia Talbert of Chandler; sisters, Carol Cantrell and husband Walter, and their children, Matthew and Christopher of Tyler, and Connie Norris and husband James and their children Shannon and Julie of Garland; aunts and uncles, Dorothy Causey, Bitha Rogers, Mona Petit, Robert Fitch and wife Dorothy, Nathan Fitch, Edward Talbert and wife Loretta, Melvadeen Friday and husband Wayne, and Inez Hathaway; and numerous cousins.
