Connie Jean Faulkner's Obituary
With heavy hearts we said goodbye to Connie Jean Faulkner, 82 of Longview.
Connie was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Friend, and the epitome of Christianity. She is greatly missed by her church family at Trinity Baptist Church of Lakeport.
Connie looked forward to her part-time enjoyment as a substitute teacher with Kilgore School District, and periodically volunteering as an usher at The Belcher Center.
Born Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 1937. She was the 2nd of 6 children to Charles and Ruth Rust, of Indianapolis, IN. Connie was preceded in death by her husband David, sister's Phyllis, and Betty, and her brother John, and grandson Donovan. Connie and David were blessed for 41 years of marriage. Connie raised two outstanding children Lee Faulkner (Christy), and Pam Weidman (Mike). Connie adored her grandchildren Logan and Tyler Faulkner, Justin, Hannah, and her confidant Kelsea. Connie looked forward to Christmas to spoil her great-grandkids Asher, Bailey, Cora, Castor, Molly, And Lilly. Heaven is much brighter despite us losing a Truly Beautiful soul.
Connie will be buried beside her husband in Plainfield, IN with graveside services at a date to be determined, along with a memorial celebration with date to be determined at Trinity Baptist Church.
