Clyde F. Godwin's Obituary
Graveside services for Clyde F. Godwin age 64 of Henderson will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 28, 2008 at Miller Cemetery near Clayton, with Rev. Billy Brown and Richard Owens officiating. Mr. Godwin died Saturday, January 26, at Good Shepherd Hospital in Longview. Mr. Godwin was born April 25, 1943 in Gary, Texas. He is survived by his wife Toni Godwin of Henderson, seven sons; Glenn Godwin of Oklahoma City, Dana Godwin of Pittsburg, Texas, Darrell Richardson, James Lee, Arty Lee, Dustin Lee, all of Henderson and Rusty Godwin of Houston, four daughters; Edith Godwin of Pittsburg, Laquita Lee, Suzan Lee, and Tristian Richardson, all of Henderson, one brother, Harold Godwin of Carthage, three sisters; Emma Donald and Pauline Bice of Carthage, Pearl Stephens of Deadwood, twenty-five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation was from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Rader Funeral Home of Henderson. Pallbearers were Bobby Austin, Matt Waggoner, Brendyn Holt, Fred Thurman, and Michael Browning.
