Clyde Arthur Fyffe
Funeral Services for Clyde Arthur Fyffe, 70, of Longview will be held at Noon Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at the Gum Springs Christian Church with the Reverend Brian Fenwick officiating. Burial will follow in Gum Springs Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, 1617 Judson Road.
Mr. Fyffe was born on August 13, 1933 in Marshall, Texas to Arthur and Lois Fyffe. He passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2004 in a Granbury nursing facility.
He was a self employed mason, and constructed many business buildings in Longview and the surrounding areas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, J.C. Fyffe. He is survived by his son, Wendell Horton of Houston; brother, Joe Fyffe; sisters, Ruby Easley, Dorothy Wages, Carolyn Allen, Galenda Medina, Daisy Allen, Joyce Hidalgo, Kathryn Breelove, Audrey Willis, Jenette Fenton; 34 nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at the funeral home.
