Cletha Ann (Annabell) Howell's Obituary
Cletha Ann Howell (Annabell) died November 24, 2018. Ann was born in Denison, Texas on March 21st 1936 to her late parents Lawrence and Hazel Metcalf. She married Billy Ray Howell on February 4, 1955. They were married for 63 years and had three children, six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Ann was a longtime member of Holy Trinity Church, now known as EPC. She enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, and cheering on her grandchildren in all their endeavors. Ann volunteered at Longview Regional Auxiliary and Windridge Therapeutic Equestrian Center. Even in her later years, Ann kept her family laughing with her big personality and inability to meet a stranger.

Ann is survived by her husband Bill; children Andy Howell and wife Bonnie, Allen Howell and wife Holly, Amiee McFarland and husband Lynn; grandchildren Tina Bogenschutz and husband Jared, Amanda Spivey and husband Randall, David Allen Howell, Hunter Russell and husband Stephen, Mackenzie Perez and husband Robert, Sam McFarland; nine great grandchildren; brother Butch Metcalf, sister Merry Parker and husband Dennis.
Ann’s celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Longview Evangelical Presbyterian Church, (3800 Judson Road, Longview, TX. 75605). Visitation will be from 9 A.M. to 10 A.M, service to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Windridge Therapeutic Equestrian Center.
