Cheryl Kay Hartzell's Obituary
Cheryl Kay Hartzell, age 59, passed away at home July 7, 2018 with her loving family by her side. She was born March 26, 1959. Cheryl grew up here in East Texas where she attended Spring Hill high school. She met Carey Hartzell and they married on October 28, 1978. Cheryl was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who found her greatest fulfillment in life taking care of her family and home. She had a deep faith in God and was a member of the Missionary Baptist Faith.
Those left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 40 years, Carey Hartzell, son Justin Hartzell, daughter Catelyn Hartzell-Morris, grandchildren Gunner and Layla Morris, parents Carolyn and Wayne Ferguson, sisters Terri Bowers, Pam Soliz, Andrea Greathouse(Johnny) and brother Paul Ferguson( Tracey), many nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
Friends are welcome to join the family for a Celebration of Her Life Service 2pm, Friday, July 13, 2018 at Rader Funeral Home in Longview with a time of visitation starting at 1pm at the funeral home.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the care givers of Heart to Heart Hospice for their loving support during this difficult time.
