Chaz Michael Swann's Obituary
Funeral services for Chaz Michael Swann, age 27 of Lindale, will be held Saturday September 13, 2008 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Henderson with the Rev. John Wall officiating. Burial will follow at the Caledonia Cemetery.
Chaz died in a Tyler hospital Wednesday September 10, 2008.
He was born August 14, 1981 in Longview, and was a 2000 graduate of Mt. Enterprise High School. He was part owner of Advantage Cad Company where he was a designer.
Chaz loved to hunt, and dearly loved his two boys.
He is survived by his wife Karley Ruth Swann, and his two sons Micah Swann & Hardy Swann all of Lindale. His mother Nita Swann of Dallas, Grandmother Stella Swann of Henderson, Uncle Freddie Swann & wife Cindy of Mt. Enterprise, Aunts Billie Brookshire & husband Bill of Henderson, Paula Crim & husband Rex of Dallas, Cousins Olivia Thorn & husband Jason, John Davis, Cain Swann, Taylor Swann and Coltin Swann. He also leaves behind his dog, a chocolate lab named Limit.
Pallbearers will be Brad Smith, Marcus Noa, Hunter Kam, Clay Baskin, Curtis Wheeler,
And Blake Acker. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kurt Johnsen, Karl Johnsen, Erling Johnsen, Ronald Johnsen, Matt McCorkle, Josh Austin, Josh Bass, Cain Swann, Alvin Washington, John Davis, Nick Gaines, Brett Bradberry, and Earl Hoffman.
The visitation will be from 6pm until 8pm Friday at the funeral home.
