Charlsie Marie Campbell's Obituary
Graveside services for Charlsie Marie Campbell, 74, of Longview will be held at 10 AM Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Rosewood Park with Brother Wayne Spanhanks officiating. Mrs. Campbell passed away Thursday morning in a Gladewater nursing home. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
Charlsie was born on May 2, 1937 in Carthage, Texas to Preston and Jennie Sinclair. She was a home maker and a member of Spring Hill First Baptist Church. Mrs. Campbell enjoyed volunteering at Good Shepherd and was active in her church. Her greatest joy was loving and caring for her husband and her children. She was devoted to her family and took great pride in them.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Willis Alton Sinclair.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 54 years, Carroll Lynn Campbell; her daughters, Cindy Kirkindoll of Longview, Debbie Bassett of Liberty City, Sharon Ingram and her husband Linty of Plano, and Michelle Arden and her husband Wallace of Longview; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and her sister-in-law, Marlene Sinclair of Longview.
The family request that memorials be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, 501 St Jude Place
