Kenneth and I are so sorry to hear of his passing. We didn’t know him very well or very long; but, he seemed like such a great guy. We’ll miss seeing him in the neighborhood. Prayers for you all.

Mr. Charlie was a great friend and would always answer the phone day or night for questions and advice. He loved everyone in law enforcement and would go out of his way to show his support. He will be greatly missed. RIP Mr. Charlie
