Charles Williams' Obituary
Graveside services for Charles Williams age 61 of Henderson will be held 10 AM Friday, September 16, 2016 at Crims Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Mark Sharp officiating under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Henderson. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5 – 7 pm.
Mr. Williams passed away September 13, 2016 in Tyler, TX. Charles was born August 20, 1955 in Henderson to Howard Wesley and Edna Dobbs Williams and was a lifelong area resident.
He was an U. S. Army veteran and a member of Sardis Baptist Church. He enjoyed camping and fishing with family and friends. He also was a volunteer with the American Red Cross. He retired from Texas Utilities with over 35 years of service where he was a heavy equipment operator.
He was preceded in death by his father and his sister, Charlene Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Patti; son, Wesley Williams and his wife, Tammy; daughter, Holli Williams; Grandsons, Cullen and Coben Williams; mother, Edna Dobbs Williams; sister, Beverly Owens; sister-in-law, Shelia Moore and husband, Robert; brother-in-law, Shawn Norris; Nieces, Amanda Culpepper and husband, Marvin, Heather Haydock and husband, Justin, Amber Owens, Tiffani Pinson and husband, Aaron, Emily Norris, Piper Norris, Riley Moore, Jayden Moore and Jenifer Haydock; Nephews, Casey Whitaker and wife, Jessica, Joshua Moore and Jacob Moore.
