Charles Lee Wilhelm's Obituary
Funeral services for Charles Lee Wilhelm, 58, of Diana, will be Noon Saturday in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, Longview, with Reverends Tom Dietzel and Phil Fenton officiating. Interment will be in Eagle Creek Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 5 to 7 PM Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Wilhelm died Thursday morning at his residence
A native of Texarkana, Texas, he was born October 3, 1944. He had lived in the Diana area for the past 26 years. He was a communications technician for Southwestern Bell Telephone and was a member of the First Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by his father: Robert Lee McClure and his adoptive father: Chuck Wilhelm.
Survivors include: wife: Linda of Diana; Son: Mickey Wilhelm of San Marcos; Daughter: Leslie Wilhelm of San Marcos; Step Son: KeithTidwell and wife Brandi of Diana; Grandchildren; Lindsey and Brent of Diana; Mother: Luretha Jorgenson of Diana ; Brothers: Joe Wilhelm and wife Glenda of Longview and Louis Wilhelm of Longview; Sisters: Frann Auld of New York and Christie Dietzel and husband Tom of San Antonio; Mother in law and Father in law: Lloyd and Pearl Wright of Diana; Brother in law and Sister in law:
Pat and Sharon Wright of Diana, Kevin and Joyce Wright of Harleton; Number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be: Ronnie Brown, Bill Fowler, Bill Oswalt, Ken-neth Wright, Steve Dempsey, Don Gross and Ronnie Adams; Honorary Pall Bearer: Roy Bevis.
The family request memorials to 1st Lutheran Church Building Fund or Morton Baptist Church, Morton.
