Funeral services for Charles D. Pfeifer 94, of Lake Cherokee will be held at 11 AM Saturday, November 6, 2004 in the Chapel of Quiring?s Old Mission Mortu-ary in Wichita, Kansas. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, November 4, 2004 at Rader Funeral Home of Longview, 1617 Judson Road.
Mr. Pheifer was born on October 10, 1910 in Wichita, Kansas to Oscar and Geneva Pfeifer. He passed away on Wednesday morning, November 3, 2004 at his residence.
Mr. Pfeifer was retired from the United States Postal Service, and owned and op-erated Pfeifer Grocery in Wichita for many years. He was also a member of Lakeview Baptist Church since 1992.
A loving father, grandfather, great grand-father, and great great grandfather, Mr. Pfeifer was preceded in death by his par-ents; wife, Edna M. Pfeifer; sister, Gussie Miller; and brothers, Francis and Everett Pfeifer. He is survived by his daughter, Charlene M. Fedullo and her special friend, Ted Quinn, both of Longview; brother and sister-in-law, Warren and Sarah Pfeifer of Wichita, KS.; sister-in-law, Beulah Aaron of Wichita, KS.; grandchildren, Angela Fedullo of Middle-ton, MA., Anthony Fedullo of Dallas, Pamela Warner of Norfolk, VA; 4 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchil-dren; good friends Patricia and Jim Rogers and James and Norma Pruitt of Longview.
