Charles Brown 's Obituary
Charles (Charlie, Chuck) William Rhodes Brown passed away on December 24, 2017, at his home in Houston, Texas. He was born May 16, 1951, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to his late parents, Robert and Virginia Brown.
Charles was a veteran of the United States Army and a graduate of TSU Law School. He practiced law at the Charles Brown Law Firm for thirty years in Houston, Texas, where he resided until his death.
Charles is preceded in death by his older sister, Anita (Tinka) Amos Brown of Longview, Texas. Charles is survived by his three children, Charles Robert Bagley Brown (Chase) of Houston, Texas; Paula René Raab Brown of Corpus Christi, Texas; and Mary Virginia Garland Brown of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his older brother, Robert Brown (Robin) of Houston, Texas.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. at Grace Hill Cemetery in Longview, Texas. Following the service, there will be a reception at 3706 Pratt Drive, Longview, Texas 75604.
