Charles Allen Payne's Obituary
Memorial services for Charles "Charlie" Allen Payne, 50, of Kilgore are scheduled for 4PM Thursday March 29, 2012 at Grace Fellowship of Kilgore 308 Kay in Kilgore TX.
He was born on January 25, 1962 and passed away on March 24, 2012. Charlie was known for his kindness and generosity toward others. He enjoyed spending time bowling, four-wheeling, traveling, going out to restaurants, and had a strong passion for all sports.
He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Martin. Charlie is survived by his beloved wife Laura; adoring children Staci Quarles of Nashville, TN; Courtney Walls of Tyler; Andrew Walls of Kilgore; and Millie his Jack Russell Terrier. Grandchildren Madelynn, Austen, Kayla, and Greyson; sisters Patsy Whitney of Sherman, and Katherine McGill of Shreveport; Stepfather Robby Brannon; nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
Visitation will be from 5-7PM Wednesday at Rader Funeral Home 1617 Judson Road in Longview, TX 75601.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Rising Above Ministries which aids families with special needs children at P.O. Box 222 Cookeville, TN 38503 or the Charles A. Payne Memorial Fund at Texas Bank and Trust.
