Catherine Cox “Ms. Catherine” Bruner
Funeral services for Catherine Cox “Ms. Catherine” Bruner, 70, of Hallsville will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2008 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with the Reverend Tommy Brasher officiating. Interment will follow in Hallsville Cemetery. She passed away Wednesday morning, January 23, in a Longview hospital.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
Ms. Catherine was born July 30, 1937 in Longview to Herschel N. and Lillian Cox and had been a lifetime area resident. She was a homemaker and a member of the Valley View Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Andy Joseph Joslin and her late husband, Ralph Bruner.
Ms. Catherine leaves to cherish her memory four sons, James Joslin and wife Cheryl of Longview, Kirk Aycock and wife Ida Sue of Arlington, TX, Lawrence Aycock and wife Judy of Hallsville, and John Joslin of Longview; sister, Nelma Fielden of Longview; brother, Herschel Cox of Longview; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and numerous cousins and a host of friends.
