I am missing Nell. We were best friends at Spring branch Jr. High ~ had special friends like Shirley, Ricky, Jeanette, John, Jim, Anne, Penny, ...so many; all the kids we ate lunch with every day at school ... The years went by & you had 4 children and I had 5 & they were friends. Then, we were separated by years, time, jobs, circumstances and distances, but no matter how long we were apart: when we got together again, it was "JUST LIKE YESTERDAY ONCE AGAIN!" ~ You were like a sister to me, and I will never forget you driving to Houston to stay "2" weeks with me when I had neurosurgery, and was not sure if I would make it ~ you promised you would come and you did. When I found out you had broken your back, I did not think you would be able to come here, but you did! ~ You loved me, and I loved you!!! When you broke your back again, I feared we would not see each other in this life once more, but I will see you again someday: beloved Nell, as long as I am here, you live in my heart and I will not forget you "my sister" - my sweet, sweet friend ~ a treasure in Heaven.
