Mrs. Williams was born June 23, 1940 in Clinton, Oklahoma. She worked in foster care and food service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, daughter, brother and grandson, and is survived by her father, a brother, 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
