Graveside services for Carl Wayne Adkinson, 55, of Longview will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Gladewater Memorial Park. Burial will be under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. He passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009 in a Longview hospital.
Carl was born June 21, 1954 in Gladewater and had been a resident of Longview for most of his life.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Williams Adkinson.
Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Joe Adkinson of Gladewater; brother, Jimmy Joe Adkinson of Longview; sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Alan Lyles of Longview, Tina and Scott Adams of Plano and Gina and Matt Williams of Katy; 3 nephews and 1 niece; and his beloved dog ?Sandy?.
