Carl Herbert Samuelson's Obituary
Carl Herbert Samuelson passed away April 8, 2016 at home with his loving family by his side. He was born in Philadelphia PA on September 24, 1946 to Herbert and Ethel Samuelson. Carl was a resident of Longview, TX. He attended school in Philadelphia, Feasterville PA and Jones College. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 2002 in Florida.
He is survived by his cherished wife Sherry Till Samuelson and beloved son and daughter in law Eric and Sue Samuelson of Denver CO, and beloved daughter and son in law Karen and Joe Barnett of Highlands Ranch CO, and special blessing daughters and son in laws Ami and Wayne Bernard and Destiny and David Frierson, sister and brother in law Joanne and Joe Kile and Sister Elaine Howard. Carl was also blessed with 7 grandchildren Tyler, Karli and Jared Barnett, HaLeih and Justin Burnett and Emma and Abbey Frierson and one great grandchild Cian Wallace and numerous nieces and nephews. Carl’s final wish is that all his family and friends will be saved and join him in Heaven with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

A Celebration of Life Service for Carl will be 10am Monday, April 11, 2016 at Longview First Assembly of God Church.
