So sorry we missed visitation and funeral..We loved you and Duane and family for the years that we were so fortunate to have with you.. I will always remember Then Came Sunday, the Easter program. Duane really belived in our little choir. That was wonderful..John and I are sorry for your loss but Duane is now in the Heavenly choir.. Praise the Lord..

As a young accompianist at Trinity Baptist Church, I reveled in playing for Duane! He was so easy to work with and blessed the Lord every time he opened his mouth to sing. Cecilia, We have so many wonderful memories of you and Duane and the days you were at FBC Mount Enterprise. I didn't know of all his accomplishments until I read his obit. I remember when he and I discovered that we had both been in the choir at SFA, but didn't know each other at the time. He inspired me to do more at the piano than I thought I was capable of doing. I enjoyed so much singing and being with you. You both were such a joy in my life. May God hold you close during the days to come and give you peace that passeth all understanding.
