Byrul Carver
Funeral services for Byrul Carver, 82, of Longview will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2010 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with Dr. Charles Barham officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Park Cemetery. She passed away Monday, February 23, in Longview.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Carver was born July 12, 1927 in Henderson to Harvey and Clara Toon. She was a lifetime resident of Longview and retired from K. Woolen's Department Store as a manager. He was a member of Mobberly Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Carver.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Dewayne Carver and wife Terri of Longview and Roy Glen Carver and wife Susan of Marble Falls, TX; grandchildren, Kyle Carver and wife Ashley of Montgomery, TX and Josh Carver and Katie Carver of Marble Falls; great grandchildren, Keilan and Kallie Carver of Montgomery; sister, Blanch Wafford of Dallas; and special friend Ruth Coleman of Longview.
The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Schottstaedt and staff at Beacon Hospice.
