Bruce Wayne Cabbiness' Obituary
Bruce Wayne Cabbiness, 64, of Longview, Texas succumbed to cancer in the comfort of his home on Saturday, November 10, 2018.
Bruce loved the outdoors, sports, working on and fixing things. He spent most of his career in the sales industry but was forced to retire early due to his illness.
Bruce is survived by his four children and their spouses, Renee and Johnny Wingo of Longview, TX, Robert “R.J.” and Alexa Seidel of Hallsville, TX, Thomas and Laurie Seidel of Coleman, OK, and Briana and Thomas “Gid” Rash of Spencer, OK;  his eight grandchildren, Jeffery, Gage, Kaden, Karson and Elana Seidel; Cole, Natalie and Taylor Green; one great granddaughter Amberlie Green; His mother, Betty Jane Smith Cabbiness, and siblings Billy Cabbiness, Bennie Cabbiness and Brenda McKinney; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe “Cotton” Cabbiness, and sister Becky Jo Cabbiness.
Special thanks to his friend and first wife MaryAnn Phillips Bemis who cared for him in his final days.
Services will be held at Rader Funeral Home in Longview, Texas on Tuesday November 13, 2018 at 10 am, followed by a graveside service at Judson Cemetery. Visitation is Monday November 12, 2018 from 5-7pm at the funeral home.
